The innovation of the mind behind the project makes of BR a unique and unparalleled concept in Wilton, CT. Cristina Ramirez has incorporated her striking interior designs, creating a sophisticated restaurant. Mario Lopez, his brother Jaime, and partner Gustavo Jaramillio take pride in supporting the development of this distinctive idea. Living in CT for quite some time now, they realized that nowhere in Wilton there is a place that would offer to its community the vibrant energy from New York City. That is how the idea was born.
Now, moving to the most important part, the menu, Chef Justin Toth attended the French Culinary Institute. His goal was to work for the best Chefs in NYC, from Christian Delouvrier, Gray Kunz, Pierce Shutz, Kurt Gutenbrunner, and run the front of the house at Hotel Riving, 5/9th in NYC and clock 16 in Seoul Korea. In short, Chef Justin prepares a delectable line of items to please all palates.
Bianco Rosso also has a beautiful full bar, an extensive wine list that includes a list of wines-by-the-glass. For those not so into wine, the bar serves many creative and delicious cocktails.
